Tech advances fast, but access to it lags, often limited to industry/research. IoT applies to all sectors, including real estate: environment, costs, security, accessibility.

In a world where technological advancements are increasingly quick to emerge, the democratization of these technologies does not always follow suit, and we often remain within industrial and/or research use. However, IoT can be applied to all sectors, including real estate. IoT can intervene in various ways, such as environmental management, expense control, security, optimization, accessibility, and more. Here, DFM presents some solutions among many others.
